1. Introduction
This Agreement specifies the terms of use of this site.
This Agreement sets out the obligations and rights of the user ("you", "user(s)" or "individual") and us ("my50", "we", "us", the "site" or the "service(s)").
By using this site, you agree to the terms laid out in this Agreement. These terms apply each and every time you access the site or use the service. These terms apply equally to both registered and non-registered users.
This Agreement may be amended from time to time. Users will receive prior notice of any changes via a notice posted on the sign in page.

2. This Agreement
This Agreement is a legal document that shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales. An individual who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to rely upon or enforce any term of this Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy and determines the whole of the agreement between you and us, replacing any previous agreement between you and us.
Should any term of this Agreement be deemed erroneous or unenforceable by judicial decree, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain both valid and binding.

3. Changes to this Agreement
My50 reserves the right to amend any aspect of this Agreement at any time. Prior notification of any changes will be displayed on the sign in page. Any amended Agreement will replace the previous Agreement and determine the relationship between you and us. It is the responsibility of the user to review the amended Agreement following any changes made.
If you do not wish to be a party to any amended Agreement you must inform us at the earliest opportunity and we will remove your records from the site. After we have removed your records from the site, you must not use the My50 service and the Agreement between yourself and My50 will terminate.
My50 reserves the right to assign or subcontract all or part of this Agreement including our rights and responsibilities as set out in this Agreement. Users may not assign or subcontract this Agreement.

4. The My50 service
My50 offers it's services 'as is' and reserves the right to add, withdraw or modify any aspect of the service at any time. Any new or modified service may be offered by either My50 or its affiliates. Any new or modified services may be subject to additional or modified Terms Of Use which you as a user must comply with in accordance with clause 3 of this Agreement.
Any user of the service acknowledges that the My50 service offers a facility for users to communicate and does not monitor material submitted or posted by users. My50 cannot and will not accept responsibility for the behaviour of users or any material submitted or posted by them.
The '50 Suggestions' featured on the site are for entertainment purposes. My50 will not accept any liability or responsibility for any death, injury, claims and expenses arising from attempting any of the 50 Suggestions featured, or any suggestions detailed on the site by other users. You attempt suggestions at your own risk.
My50 accepts no liability or responsibility for any death, injury, claims and expenses arising from the use of goods and services offered by external companies or websites that are shown on this site, including those that are detailed in the 'Useful information' boxes to be found on this site.

5. Registration
Anyone registering on the My50 system must register using correct and accurate information including their name. Users of the site must be aware that My50 has no control over material posted on the site, therefore some of the material displayed within the site may be suitable for adults only. If anything posted is found to be abusive it will be removed at our discretion as specified in clause 6.
If you wish to be removed from the site you must inform us at the earliest opportunity and we will remove your records from the site. After we have removed your records from the site, you must not use the My50 service and the Agreement between yourself and My50 will terminate.

6. Misuse
By using the My50 service, users must not;
a) Break any criminal, civil or copyright laws
b) Post threatening, discriminative, pornographic, offensive or obscene material
c) Post incorrect or misleading information
d) Post material or use the site for commercial or business use
e) Use information found on the site for commercial or business use including the sending of 'spam'

My50 reserves the right to remove material or information that it deems as misuse as specified above. We also reserve the right to terminate, without warning, records of users it considers to be misusing the My50 system, or of those who are in breach of this agreement. Terminated users will be prevented from re-registering on the My50 system. All users are responsible for the security of their account and the material posted using it. Users should change their password regularly and keep their password secure.
Although we strive to identify abuse at the earliest opportunity, the quantity of material and information posted on the site means we are dependent on other users such as yourself reporting such abuse. Abuse can be reported by emailing us at abuse@my50.co.uk.

7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property found on this site belongs to My50 including, but not limited to, trade marks, site design, site code, page text and all material submitted by users.
Some images on this site have been kindly provided by stock.xchng and iStockphoto. The copyright of these images remain with their respective owners.
Users must be fully authorised to submit the material they post on the site. They must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright owner to submit material in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement. My50 accepts no liability for copyrighted material posted on the site. If copyrighted material is found on the site or reported to us, it will be removed with immediate effect.
By submitting material to the site you, as a user, are granting us a royalty-free, unrestricted, non-terminable licence to modify or use the material in any way we wish at any time and for any purpose.
No intellectual property found on the My50 site may be used, copied or displayed in public without the express permission of My50.

8. Disclaimer
My50 accepts no responsibility for material found on the site that has been published by users, although it aims to address and eliminate abuse of the system as outlined in clause 6.
My50 accepts no responsibility for other external sites linked to and from My50 or the content within them.
By using the My50 service, you do so at your own risk, and release My50, it's directors and employees from any liability arising from using the site, viewing material found within it, or acting upon material and information found within the site.
My50 will not be liable to you for any direct or indirect damage to, or loss of business, equipment or data, arising from the use of the site, regardless of if the Agreement has been breached by you or us.
By using the site, you agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, including death, injury, or claims and expenses arising from the use of this site.
