There was once a time, long before cars and crowded public transport, when
the only respectable way to travel was on horseback. No traffic jams, no
music from other people's headphones, just man and beast.
Nowadays, our sugar cube munching friends have been relegated to show-
jumping, racing, and patrolling football matches. Why not do one of them a
