Do something nice for someone who will never find out
Goal description
There is a feeling of satisfaction when you have been able to
do something for someone. The feeling is even greater if they
are not aware you have done it. It doesn't have to be
anything spectacular, perhaps picking litter from your
neighbours garden, taking your partners clothing to be dry
cleaned, or watering your friends houseplants.
If you're unsure what we mean, watch the film Amelie (2001)
for inspiration. It may be difficult to think of something in
advance, so it might be a spur of the moment act of kindness
because you're such a nice person!
