I'm a 21 year old stuck in a 51 year old body! I really need to be active and am constantly looking for new and exciting things to do. Unfortunately, this usually involves hurting myself in some new and interesting way! I am separated after a long marriage and have two grown up children (27/30). I am a Project Manager with a software house in London.

Things I like
Running, triathlon, travel, adventure sports....

Things I don't like
people who have huge egos, guys who grunt and groan at the gym, chavs/chavettes, football (soccer).
