1 Watch the sun set and rise
We're not suggesting you watch the sun set and rise in the same sitting, waiting for hours in the cold and dark isn't fun in anybody's book. At least once in your life however, you must take time out to watch the sunset. A reflective event drawing to a close a day never to be repeated. The last day of somebody's life and the first day of another's.
A sunrise is a different matter altogether. Hear the birds singing, feel the crisp morning air, and appreciate the fact that you have another day to spend as you wish on this beautiful earth. For maximum effect, consider finding somewhere peaceful and secluded. Watching the sun set or rise over the rooftops of a city just isn't the same.

Goal : 'Pass on a nugget of knowledge'
2 Pass on a nugget of knowledge
How to tie your laces, how to iron a shirt, how to ride a bike. All essential life skills, and usually taught to you by someone older and wiser.
Now it's your turn to pass on a nugget of knowledge to a younger generation. Next time you see your little nephew, outline to him the finer points of conker fighting. Next time you see your granddaughter, show her how to plait her hair. And next time those kids are playing football in the street, don't tell them to clear off, show them how to curl the ball into the goal from 30 yards.
Teach somebody something, you'll feel better for it.

3 Go naked
Let's clear one thing up from the start, there's nothing wrong with being naked! You won't see other animals parading around in jeans and a T-shirt, and we're only animals too, right?
OK, we admit, arriving at work naked as the day you were born may be frowned upon, as would displaying your own buns in your local supermarket. We're not suggesting anything as daring as this however. Try stripping off somewhere a little more excluded like a quiet field or beach and for a short time feel totally liberated as you run and swing in the fresh air as nature intended. Go naked, and get back in touch with nature.

Goal : 'Scuba-dive'
4 Scuba-dive
In case you never noticed, humans are not supposed to breathe underwater, but strap on a couple of tanks and a face mask, pull on some flippers, and you can cheat nature by visiting her underwater kingdom to view some incredible sights that few ever see.
Learning to fight against your natural instincts by breathing with your face under water is the first challenge, but once you get over this first hurdle, and with the help of experienced professionals, anybody can scuba-dive safely.
You don't even have to go to the Mediterranean to learn as there are many local scuba-diving centers around the country who will teach you in a pool and then take you to dive off the coast of Britain.

5 Grow something
Whether it is a houseplant, a tomato, or a mighty oak tree, plant a seed, and watch it grow. After some feeding and watering, your hard work should be rewarded in the form of a shoot. Give it a few weeks and you will feel total satisfaction as the fruit of your labour begins to blossom. Depending on what you grow, you might even be able to eat it.
